Our AAB targets API 34 locally but Play Console says the store listing still declares Target API 33. Upload fails with a policy mismatch for Target API 35 readiness.
Update targetSdkVersion (and compileSdk) to 35 in every product flavor that builds the upload, not only the defaultConfig. Sync the App content Target API form after the first successful 35 upload. Clean the CI cache so an old intermediate AAB is not re-uploaded. Confirm Bundle Explorer shows targetSdk 35 before retrying production.
