One honest line is better than hoping they do not notice. Caregiving, layoff, health, study — keep it short. Spend the rest of the resume on recent proof. Interviews go better if you have a 20-second version ready.
If you are stuck after the accepted steps, collect the exact error text and timestamp before you contact support. Vague tickets bounce.
