I created an internal testing release for a language-drill app but Play Console shows no AAB. Testers still have last week's build.
This is the second time this week. The first time I bounced and hoped it was a blip.
The track is saved without an artifact, or the new bundle cannot upgrade existing installs. Upload a signed AAB in the release, confirm versionCode is higher than every track (including internal), and wait a few minutes after adding testers before they retry the opt-in link.
Uploading a new AAB with +1 versionCode and leaving the staged rollout at 5% saved us this time.
