You cannot roll production back to an older artifact. Halt or freeze the staged rollout, then upload a fix with a higher versionCode. Use staged percentages next time and watch Android vitals before raising the percentage.
Uploading a new AAB with +1 versionCode and leaving the staged rollout at 5% saved us this time.
